MAKING A PURCHASE

After placing an order through our website, you will receive an email from us acknowledging that we have received your order. Please note that this does not mean that your order has been accepted. All orders are subject to acceptance by us, and we will confirm such acceptance to you by sending you a further email that confirms that the Product has been despatched. 
Julien Boutique works hard to keep the Site and stock levels up to date. In the event that an item(s) you have ordered is out of stock, we will place an order with our suppliers and ship it to you as soon as possible, with no additional shipping charges. The available items in your order will be shipped to you as normal. We reserve the right to reject or cancel any orders, in the event of:
  • Product out of stock / discontinued
  • Incorrect address/outside of the delivery zone
  • Incorrect billing information
  • Fraudulent activity
  • Errors on the website

DISCOUNT CODES

Discount codes may vary from time to time and may change at any given time without prior notification. Codes may only be applied to purchases made through the account holder in respect of which the discount code was offered by and registered with julienboutique.com website.We may from time to time offer promotional discount codes which may apply in respect of any, or certain specified, purchases made through this Website.


RIGHT TO CANCEL

Should you change your mind about a purchase, you have a right to cancel the order by contacting us directly on +353 1 475 1144. If your order has already been dispatched, you may still cancel your order following our returns policy here.



DELIVERY

We offer different types of shipping methods that are available to you dependent upon your location. Please visit our Delivery Page

The delivery period advised when you receive your order is approximate. In the unlikely event that an item you ordered is not in stock, we will contact you personally to inform you of the expected delivery date. Should you subsequently decide not to pursue your order, we will cancel the order and issue you with a full refund.

If you are ordering more than one item, your goods may be sent to you in instalments if certain items are out of stock – again we will contact you to inform you of any goods that are not in stock.
If you order products from our Website for international delivery they may be subject to import duties and taxes which are levied when the delivery reaches the specified destination. You will be responsible for payment of any such import duties and taxes. Please note that we have no control over these charges and cannot predict their amount. Please contact your local customs office for further information before placing your order.

Please also note that you must comply with all applicable laws and regulations of the country for which the products are destined. We will not be liable for any breach by you of any such laws.

RETURNS

If you are returning items for a refund, the amount will be credited back to the original payment method. If you would like to exchange an item for a different size/colour, the replacement item will be shipped to you free of charge. Customers are responsible for paying return shipping costs. We advise you to keep a proof of postage receipt for all orders that you return to us. You will be held liable for lost packages if you do not have proof of postage. You are liable for any damage that occurs to returns whilst in transit from you to our store.

We accept all major credit and debit cards - our payment gateway partner is Stripe. For further information regarding Checkout's rigorous security standards, please visit their Security Standards webpage here. You can also use Paypal to complete your transaction. We do not accept American Express or Diners Club cards. Customer credit card information is not stored by us on our servers. All credit and debit cardholders are subject to validation checks and authorisation by the card issuer. If the issuer of your payment card refuses to authorise payment to us, we will not be liable for any delay or non-delivery.
