We’re sorry your dress didn't work out on this occasion. You can return any online purchase within 14 days from the date you received the delivery for a refund or exchange. All items purchased on julienboutique.com can also be accepted in our store for return with proof of purchase.
Items purchased in-store you have 7 days for a refund and 14 days for an excahnge from the date of purchase. Sale items and jewellery can not be returned.
With the exception of faulty items, all returns must be in perfect original condition, with no markings, swing tag intact and proff of purchase enclosed. In the unlikely event that an item is returned to us in an unsuitable condition, we may have to decline to accept it and may send it back to you.
I WANT TO RETURN A ITEM. WHAT SHOULD I DO?
It is very important that when you return an item, you provide sufficient information for us to process. Please contact firstname.lastname@example.org where we will issue you a returns form and returns notification number. Please complete full returns form and specify whether you want a refund or an exchange. If you require an exchange, make sure to tell us what size you want us to send back to you.
Please allow 7 working days for us to receive your return. Once received, we will inspect and process your return within 3 working days. Customers will cover postal costs incurred returning items, but we do not charge for redelivery of exchanges.
Refunds take 3-5 business days to be processed depending on your bank provider.
WHO PAYS THE POSTAGE COSTS OF A RETURN?
You will be responsible for all return postage costs unless the goods you received are faulty or incorrect (according to your original order). Please retain proof of postage from your shipper. Without this, we cannot be responsible for any items that fail to reach us. We will ship exchanges back to you free of charge.We always recommend that you send your returned goods back to us via a registered delivery service, so you will be able to track your return.
HOW SHOULD I PACK MY RETURN FOR POSTAGE?
All goods returned must be sealed in packaging and packaged with a completed return form. You are responsible for the return of the items, and any damage caused to them whilst in transit to us may affect your chances of a full refund.Marked or dirty garments and/or items displaying obvious evidence of wear will be returned to the customer.
